About Brooke Boucher

Growing up in a small town instilled in Brooke a strong sense of loyalty, trustworthiness, and humility—qualities that shape both her personal and professional life. With a deep-rooted commitment to service and integrity, she brings a high standard of care to every client. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, downsizing, or simply looking for a fresh start, Brooke is dedicated to guiding you through every step of the real estate process with enthusiasm and attention to detail.

Brooke began her Real Estate career in 2016 and has been committed to growth and excellence ever since. That same year, she joined the North Central Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (NCMAR) and has actively contributed by serving on multiple committees, organizing events for the Association, Business Partners, and the local community. She also participates annually in REALTOR® Day on Beacon Hill in Boston, advocating for homeownership and private property rights alongside fellow professionals from across the state.

Her hard work and dedication have earned her recognition within the industry. In 2020, she was honored as a member of the REALTOR® Honor Society and received the Top Producer Award four years running. As her business expanded, Brooke became licensed in New Hampshire in 2022 and became a Massachusetts Notary Public. In 2023, she was named a Rising Star, further highlighting her commitment to excellence.

Brooke is committed to continuous learning, staying ahead in the ever-changing market. She has completed advanced training through Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, earning certifications as a Target Marketing Specialist, Sales Specialist, and Service Expert. She also prioritizes weekly trainings within Lamacchia Realty to ensure she provides clients with the most up-to-date knowledge and strategies.

To better serve both buyers and sellers, Brooke has achieved multiple professional designations, including:

• Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®)

• Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA)

• Seller Representative Specialist (SRS)

• Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE)

• Commitment to Excellence (C2EX)

• At Home with Diversity (AHWD)

Outside of real estate, Brooke enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Chris, their son, Logan, and their three dogs. As a family, they love outdoor adventures, from biking together on new rail trails to exploring new places throughout New England. Logan thrives on being outside, whether he’s running around with the dogs or chasing the RC car around. One of their favorite destinations is Maine, where they visit often to enjoy days relaxing on the beach and soaking up the ocean air.

When she’s not working or out exploring, Brooke enjoys reading, thrifting, and cooking. She loves finding creative ways to bring personality into everything she does—whether it’s in the kitchen with a new recipe, decorating a space, or hunting for one of a kind treasures. A longtime book lover, she always looks forward to picking up a novel by her favorite author, Lisa Gardner.

With a passion for helping others, a detail-oriented approach, and a dedication to making the process stress-free, Brooke is committed to helping her clients find a place they truly love to call home.

What made you want to join Lamacchia Realty?

“I joined Lamacchia because the company, the people, and environment were very inviting and willing to help before I was even officially apart of their team. They listened and delivered on their promises. The training and systems in place made me feel confident and excited to share the information with my friends, family, clients, and future clients.”

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family – my husband Chris, my son Logan, and our crew of three dogs, Ruger, Walker, and Buddy (aka ‘the boys’). We bought our home in Fitchburg in 2015 and have been DIY-ing each room as we go. In the summer, we enjoy being outdoors, whether it’s kayaking, biking, or feeding/watching the birds. During the winter, we like to sneak away for some snowmobiling or take the opportunity to fire up our sauna. I also enjoy weekend trips to flea markets and estate sales, along with reading, crafting, and cooking.”

Do you have a favorite charity?

“Since beginning my career, I have been involved with Habitat for Humanity and truly admire the impact they have on so many families. Through NCMAR, I also take part in several local fundraisers each year, including school supply drives, Holiday Helping Hands to support the homeless and veterans, and the Fill-a-Cruiser food fundraiser—events I look forward to contributing to every year.”

What is your favorite thing about your job?

“My favorite part of being a REALTOR® is helping people achieve what they once thought was out of reach. Buying or selling a home is an exciting, emotional, and sometimes overwhelming journey, and my goal is to guide my clients with the knowledge and support they need to feel confident every step of the way. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing my clients start planning for their future and knowing I played a role in helping them get there. An added perk of the job is the chance to explore and learn about the various towns and cities across Massachusetts and New Hampshire, while discovering charming local businesses and historic landmarks along the way.”

Do you have any pets?

“I have three dogs – Bandit, Ruger and Walker “ the boys”! The three of them love when Mom gets to work from home some days and enjoys running around the yard chasing rabbits and birds. Occasionally, they will be my assistant for the day and tag along for some treats and car rides.”

What are your favorite sports, and sports teams?

“New England does have the best sports teams, we are spoiled! I’m not the best at following the seasons but I do love watching and cheering on the Patriots, Bruins, and Red Sox.”

"My mission as a local REALTOR® is to empower my clients by providing up to date market activity, detailed property information and open communication. I am committed to continuing my industry education to always be able to best guide my clients. My goal will be to help my clients transaction go smoothly so they have a clear path to homeownership."
