From start to finish Brooke was an amazing agent for my home buying team. When I first reached out to her through phone call, she was able to provide a lot of information in a short time and she was able to get a read on my personality and approach to the process. And when I met with her in person, she was very prepared with sample documents that she could explain right in front of me.
During the house hunting process, she was very quick in communicating and she was very professional. She was flexible to meet me whenever or work things out so that it would work well for everyone. Long search for a lake house. We have been working with Brooke for 3 or 4 years looking for a house on a lake. Brooke has been awesome and worked hard for us through the whole time. I am on the email distribution for new houses coming on the market and Brooke would also send me a private message if she saw one that she thought we might be interested in. Brooke is absolutely amazing!! Brooke has a really good grasp of the market and what it’s doing. She’s also very detailed oriented, organized and patient. We have used Brooke now on our third transaction with our houses and I couldn’t think of calling anyone else if I could (we now live out of state and couldn’t bring her with us). We got an acceptable offer before the open house, but Brooke still came over to catch the people that didn’t see the cancellation to explain and stayed the whole time. She’s that dedicated.
