Her attention to her clients is always very personal and my children to this day still ask when’s the next time they will get to see Brooke. As it came time for our home to close it was very bittersweet as we had found our dream home but our time with Brooke had come to and end. Thank you Brooke for being the amazing person you are! What can I say about Brooke? She was professional, honest, and engaged at all times. I had another realtor from another company for 1 1/2 year. He had offers and even purchases and sales, but could never seal the deal. I called Brooke and she came the same day, assessed the property, gave me a report and sold the house in 30 days. It did take almost 3 months to close but it was not her fault. The loan was an FHA loan, and with everything government related, it was delayed. But Brooke stayed focused during my frustrations and expressions of frustration. She is excellent at her job and I will recommend her to anyone.

I would consider us to be demanding in our wants. We are an older couple and we knew things we wanted, didn’t want and things on which we would not compromise and other things we could forgo. So Brooke’s challenge was to manage what could have been perceived as indecisive, flip-floppy and picky. And she knocked it out of the park! Brooke is first and foremost all about her client. She is professional and respectful and personable. She was referring to properties as fast as they hit the market. She was honest and thoughtful in her assessments, prompt in all communication, and above all – always available for us!
